Personal Information may remain temporarily in routine backups, archives, security logs, fraud-prevention records, and disaster-recovery systems until deleted or overwritten through ordinary retention cycles. We may retain information for a longer period when required or permitted by applicable law, reasonably necessary for an actual or anticipated legal claim, or required to protect ENERGYDM or another person. Our safeguards may include access restrictions, authentication controls, security monitoring, vendor management, software maintenance, backups, and other measures we consider appropriate for our operations. We may review and adjust these safeguards as our systems, business, and security risks evolve.

No website, network, electronic transmission, information system, or storage method is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee that Personal Information will always remain secure or that a security incident will never occur.

You are responsible for protecting Your Account credentials, access links, Devices, and email accounts. You should use appropriate passwords and security practices and notify ENERGYDM promptly if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account, Reports, or Personal Information.

If we identify a security incident affecting Personal Information, we may investigate and take measures we consider appropriate under the circumstances. Nothing in this section constitutes a warranty, guarantee, or representation that our safeguards will prevent every security incident.
